Step-1
Each class is assigned a dedicated mentor. At the beginning of the year, mentors note each child’s likes, dislikes, fears, strengths, and weaknesses.
At our school, we focus on the overall development of each child through structured mentorship, counselling, and workshops. Each student is assigned a “Mentor” or Mother Teacher who understands their strengths, weaknesses, and emotional needs. One-on-one sessions help build trust, track growth, and set personalized goals. Our open forum allows parents to directly connect with the Principal to discuss concerns. Professional counselling is also provided for students, parents, and staff to address psychological and behavioral issues. Regular workshops are conducted on teacher training, parenting, motivation, and child safety. These initiatives create a nurturing environment where every child feels supported and valued.
